Guest Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking (unless prior correspondence/ discussions have made alternate deposit/payment arrangements have been made with management). The payment made is to make and secure your booking. Upon full payment, a confirmation letter is emailed to you confirming your accommodation. |

Only Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted for online bookings. |

On check in a credit card imprint or refundable cash bond of $200(with drivers license/photo identification) is to be provided to reception for incidentals coverage. |

If checking in after office hours the signed registration form provided with the keys in the envelope left in the safe MUST BE handed to reception by the person who has booked the accommodation the following morning with the bond and PHOTO ID. |
LOW SEASON
If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $55
If the booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless, and until, the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. If rebooked, an administration fee of $55 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
MID / HIGH SEASON
If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $55.
If the booking is cancelled 28 days or less prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $55 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
