Terms and Conditions of Stay

At time of booking a deposit of 30% is required and remaining balance is due on or before arrival. The payment made is required to secure your booking. Upon receipt of your deposit payment, a confirmation letter is emailed to you, confirming your accommodation.

Only Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted for online bookings.

On check in a credit card pre-authorisation or cash amount bond of $200 is to be provided to reception for Refundable Security Bond.

Cancellation Policy

LOW SEASON

If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $55.
If the booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless, and until, the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. If rebooked, an administration fee of $55 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

MID / HIGH SEASON

If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $55.
If the booking is cancelled 28 days or less prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $55 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
